Research On The Enterprises' Satisfaction Of The Property Services In X Industrial Park

With the acceleration of China's industrialization process,industrial areas around the country have sprung up everywhere,and property services have gradually become an important part of industrial parks in the process of rapid development of industrial parks,however,the current property services are still mainly concentrated in residential and office buildings,and property services for industrial parks are still being explored.Therefore,the level of property services in China's industrial parks is still relatively low.In recent years,a series of industrial park explosions have caused widespread concern in society.Such as: Yibin Hengda Technology Co.,Ltd.in Yangchun Industrial Park,Jiang'an County,Yibin City,a deflagration accident,According to the investigation,the main reason for the accident was that the company did not report the fire inspection before the incident,and did not pass the fire inspection.This reflects the importance of doing a good job in the industrial park property service,which is related to whether the park can be safely produced.In this regard,this article mainly starts from the satisfaction of the settled enterprises.Taking the X Industrial Park in Mianyang City as an example,using literature,questionnaires and field visits,using the customer satisfaction index theory and the Likert scale,SPSS software related application methods,AHP,and other evaluation methods,exploring the problems in the property service of X Industrial Park,established a satisfaction model and evaluation system for property services that can be applied to industrial parks.The analysis shows that the service items that X Industrial Park needs to upgrade for the property services provided by the enterprises are fire safety services,facility equipment maintenance services,and traffic vehicle management services.Through the field visit investigation in the X Industrial Park again,understand the real reasons for the low satisfaction of the indicators such as fire safety services,facility equipment maintenance services,and traffic vehicle management services,mainly: property service companies are not in place for daily inspections of fire-fighting equipment,facilities and equipment,and have not found rectification problems in time.Elevators,electrical equipment,etc.have been used for too long and have serious safety hazards;The security team has weak control,and the daily safety inspections of the park are not in place,and the registration and management of foreign personnel is weak;The property service enterprise did not intervene in the parking lot planning and design in advance,resulting in the planning and design of the parking lot in the industrial park is not reasonable enough to meet the parking demand,etc.And put forward targeted measures to measure the operation,in order to bring better and more efficient property services to the enterprises,thereby improving the satisfaction of the settled enterprises,practicing the relevant property service practitioners to improve their overall quality,thereby promoting the improvement of property service levels,providing reference for other similar industrial parks in China,in order to improve the quality of property services,and thus contribute to the healthy and high quality development of industrial parks.Inadequacies,begging for criticism.
