In enterprises,organizational political perceptions are common,but everyone understands them differently.According to related research,organizational political awareness still has a certain role.As long as everyone enhances the correct understanding of organizational political behavior,does not violate moral ethics,and uses the right skills to avoid abnormal organizational political behavior,it can be maintained The personal interests of good employees can also effectively increase employee satisfaction with their work.Organizational political behavior will give employees different understandings and feelings,that is,organizational political awareness.Organizational political perception has a certain impact on employees' job satisfaction and turnover intention.Studying the relationship between organizational political perception and employee ' s job satisfaction and turnover tendency can help promote human resources management and Development also has certain practical significance.Organizational politics was first proposed by Western scholars,and the study of organizational politics in Mongolia started late.Therefore,based on the national conditions of Mongolia,the author studied organizational politics.Based on Mongolian companies,this article has conducted in-depth analysis and research on the relationship between organizational political perception,job satisfaction,and turnover intention,and puts forward the assumption that political perception has a negative impact on employee job satisfaction,and political perception has a positive impact on turnover tendency.1.Job satisfaction has a negative impact on turnover intentions.Correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to confirm the assumptions.The proofreading analysis and reliability analysis of the research are conducted to obtain conclusions and enlightenments.Combining related theories and research results,intervention measures and Relevant suggestions,strengthening enterprise management,establishing enterprise culture,and improving the problem of employee turnover have some reference for the development of enterprises in Mongolia.
