| Since the rise of the characteristic towns,it has provided new ideas for the country to promote new urbanization and supply-side structural reforms,so it received national policy support and flourished everywhere.The industry is the core of the cultivation of characteristic towns.It enriches the industrial theory support and experience summary of the development of characteristic towns.In a certain degree,it can circumvent the problems that may arise in the cultivation process of the characteristic towns,and provide reference for the healthy development of the town.This paper uses a combination of theory and empirical methods to research the development path about the towns of high-end manufacturing in Jiangsu Province.From the types of industrial clusters,the high-end manufacturing towns are divided into "Marshall-town","axle-town" and "satellite-platform town".selecting typical cases for researching and analyzing the development path of different types from the aspects of industrial production factors,scale,structure,enterprise relationship,industrial chain and cluster evolution,summarize the general rules.Then providing optimized strategies for the industrial development of high-end manufacturing towns.The result shows that:(1)Marshall-town’s industry development will generally experience the initial stage of rapid development of small-scale enterprises under the promotion of macro-optimal policies and market,the gradual growth stage under the support of market volatility and local government,and internal the mature development stage after the degree of organization is improved.In view of the development of such town,the timely intervention of the government can circumvent the inherent defects of the cluster to a certain extent.At the same time,it is crucial to enhance the organization of the cluster.The direction may be the evolution towards the axle.(2)Axle-town’s industrial development is often carried out under the impetus of policies and markets.Then,with the favorable policies,the company is ushered in the stage of enterprise integration,and the core of the cluster is cultivated under the volatility of the market and the strong involvement of local governments.The core enterprises play a role in differentiation and organizational.Then it formed a network mechanism for supporting cooperation in the region,and the axle cluster was finally formed.For the development of such town,cultivating and developing core enterprises is crucial to the cluster.The integration of resources for the global market should be the direction of this town.(3)Satellite-platform town’s industry development,firstly driven by local government policies,multinational companies will initially replicate the group chain,and then stimulated by the market demand,the host country’s local suppliers begin to intervene in the supply chain,with the change of investment environment,local governments continue to introduce policies to enhance the root of multinational companies,the localization and stability of the cluster were be improved.In view of the industrial development of such town,the promotion of government policies can circumvent the loose-footed defects of the cluster to a certain extent,and strengthening the root of multinational corporations should be the focus of such town. |
