Research On The Effect Of Finance Expenditure Support Agriculture To Peasants’ Income In Shandong Province

Shandong Province is a large agricultural province in China.It is one of the important measures for solving the “three rural issues” in Shandong Province by adjusting government expenditures on agriculture and promoting farmers’ income.Therefore,this paper takes Shandong Province’s government expenditure on supporting agriculture and farmers’ income as the research object,and analyzes the relationship between fiscal expenditure on agriculture and farmers’ income.Firstly,based on the theory,the paper analyzes the logical relationship between Shandong’s fiscal expenditure on agriculture and farmers’ income,and then comprehensively analyzes the overall status quo and internal structure of fiscal expenditure on agriculture and farmers’ income.And then based on the full realistic basis,selects the financial support of agricultural expenditure and per capital net income of farmers in Shandong Province.and two of them respective internal relative indicators,the establishment of VAR model,through the Data Stationery Test,Cointegration test,Granger Causality Test,Impulse Response Function Analysis,variance analysis,etc.The empirical analysis of the impact of fiscal investment in agriculture on farmers’ income in Shandong Province shows that financial expenditure on agriculture in Shandong Province is an important factor influencing rural per capital net income.Agricultural expenditures in fiscal expenditure on agriculture have obvious positive effects on farmers’ income.The promotion effect has also contributed to the promotion of household income in the income of farmers.However,there are also some problems in financial support expenditure on farmers’ income in Shandong Province.Finally,based on the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper proposes related measures to increase farmers’ income through fiscal agricultural expenditure.
