Research On Innovation And Development Of China's Pension Industry Based On Cooperation Between Government And Enterprises

As China's population aging intensifies,local governments are more than capable of improving the infrastructure for the aged,the traditional old-age care mode,which mainly relies on family old-age care and government transfer payment,can no longer solve the problem of difficult old-age care.Therefore,the government should not only encourage social capital to join the field of pension infrastructure construction,encourage government-enterprise cooperation,also try our best to promote the development of the relevant pension industry,reduce the financial burden while accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the pension industry,and innovate and develop the pension industry based on government-enterprise cooperation.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part mainly analyzes the dev elopment background of the current pension industry,and combines the research resul ts of the pension industry at home and abroad to facilitate the combination of the inno vation and development of the pension industry and the current social situation.The s econd part introduces the concepts and theories related to the innovation and develop ment of the pension industry,especially the concept of the pension industry,so as to p rovide theoretical basis for the innovation and development of China's pension industr y.The third part summarizes the existing problems in the development of China's pen sion industry by analyzing the current situation of China's pension industry and aging.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the current problems in China's pension industr y,so as to propose solutions.The fifth part makes an empirical analysis of the influen ce of government-enterprise cooperation on the development of China's pension indus try by summarizing the foregoing,and concludes that government-enterprise cooperat ion is conducive to the innovative development of the pension industry and can solve t he problems in the development of the pension industry.In the sixth part,through the analysis and empirical study of the problems mentioned above,policy suggestions are put forward to promote the innovative development of the pension industry based on the government-enterprise cooperation.The innovation of this article lies in summing up the current situation of the innovative development of the old-age care industry,analyzing the current predicament of the innovative development of the old-age care industry,and carrying out empirical analysis on the factors affecting the cooperation between government and enterprises in 31 provinces of China,finding out the positive influencing factors,and putting forward more accurate suggestions to promote the development of the old-age care industry in China.
