As the innovation cycle shortens, product updates are getting faster and faster.Technological innovation has become the main means for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness and gain sustainable competitive advantage. The innovation model has developed into a stage of collaborative innovation. The academic research on collaborative innovation is in the ascendant. The related research mainly has two levels:micro and macro. The micro-level refers to the synergy of technology, market, manpower, culture, system and other resources within enterprises, while the macro-level refers to the synergy among enterprises, universities, governments, research institutions and so on.Most of the existing literatures have studied the external mechanism and economic effects of collaborative innovation from the perspective of industry,University and research, and emphasized the importance of collaborative innovation from different perspectives. However, collaborative innovation within enterprises is equally important.Internal collaboration and external collaboration are interdependent. At present, the research on the relationship between internal innovation resource synergy and enterprise innovation performance is to treat enterprises in multiple industries or one industry as a whole. However, firms in innovation networks are heterogeneous. There are significant differences in productivity, capital intensity and production skills among firms.Whether internal innovation resource synergy has the same impact on all firms remains to be confirmed.Based on the two dimensions of innovation performance, innovation output and innovation efficiency, the sample is divided into core enterprises and non-core enterprises. This study uses panel data of A-share listed companies in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2015 to 2017 to study the impact of synergy between technological resources and non-technological resources such as innovation culture, marketing, enterprise system on innovation performance of two types of enterprises. The results show that the synergy of innovation resources has different effects on innovation performance of different enterprises. The synergy of technological resources and innovation culture can significantly promote the innovation output of coreenterprises, and has the current effect and lag effect;it only plays a significant role in promoting the innovation efficiency of core enterprises at the current time, but the lag effect is not significant. The synergy of technological resources and innovation culture has positive and lagging effects on innovation output and innovation efficiency of non-core enterprises, but it is not significant. The synergy of technology resources and marketing has a significant positive lag effect on innovation output and innovation efficiency of core enterprises;the synergy of technology resources and marketing hinders the increase of innovation output of non-core enterprises in the current period, has no significant effect in the lag period, has no significant effect on innovation efficiency in the current period, and has significantly hindered the improvement of innovation efficiency in the lag period. The synergy of technological resources and enterprise system hinders and promotes the increase of innovation output of core enterprises in the current and lagging period respectively, but the results are not significant;the current and lagging effects on innovation efficiency of core enterprises are significantly negative. The synergy of technological resources and enterprise system has a significant positive lag effect on innovation output of non-core enterprises, while both the current effect and lag effect on innovation efficiency are positive, but not significant.
