Research On The Development And Change Of Professional Village In Henan Province

As an important form of economic development in rural areas,the formation and development of professional villages has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The predecessors focused on the definition,location and influencing factors of professional villages,while the research on the law of development and change of professional villages is still relatively small.Studies have shown that there are obvious differences in the formation and development of different types of professional villages.However,it is worth exploring how the development of professional villages changes and whether there is a certain development model.Based on the survey data of 50 professional villages in Henan Province in 2008 and 2017,this paper combs the changing characteristics of professional villages at three levels: village foundation,industry development and marketing market by using the methods of space exploration analysis and social network analysis,and establishes the evaluation of the development degree of professional villages by using expert scoring method and entropy weight method,combining with the development characteristics of specialized villages.Through calculation and analysis,six modes of development of professional villages in Henan Province and the development characteristics of different types of professional villages are summarized.In addition,by choosing typical professional villages of various types as field investigation objects,and then analyzing and exploring the influencing factors and mechanism of the development of professional villages,the paper explains the development and change law of Henan professional villages,and summarizes the suggestions for the long-term stable development of professional villages.The research contents are as follows:1.Development characteristics of professional villages: From the perspective of Village Hardware facilities,production and living conditions of professional villages such as road hardening,housing level and production and electricity consumption have been improved,and the development of professional villages has improved the production and living standards of rural residents;from the perspective of industrial development,the development types of professional villages have not changed significantly,the output value of professional villages has generally increased,products are more diverse,the number of professional households decreased to a certain extent.From the product market point of view,professional village products from the province to expand outside the province,product competitiveness increased.In the provincial market,the area near the original professional village has been transferred to Zhengzhou,Luoyang and other major cities in the province,and the Professional Village products have stepped out of the local market.In the provincial market,the individual centrality of Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and other domestic big cities has been strengthened,which has become the main market for the sale of Professional Village products.2.Established the development system of professional villages: Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper selected 21 indicators to measure the development of professional villages,determined the weight by expert scoring method and entropy weight method,established the evaluation system of the development degree of professional villages,and evaluated and analyzed the development of 50 professional villages in Henan Province.The results show that the professional villages in Henan Province are developing rapidly as a whole,showing a diversified development model.Combining with the development characteristics of the professional villages,the development six models of the professional villages in Henan Province are summarized as follows: integration of culture and tourism,environmental protection and manufacturing,traditional cultivation,transformation and regeneration,slow fluctuation and new germination.3.Influencing factors of professional villages: There are many factors affecting the development of professional villages,and the intensity of different factors is different.Technology,government and market have more and more important influence in the development of professional villages.At present,the study of professional villages emphasizes too much on the natural resources,especially the natural resources and other regional advantages,ignoring the human factors,especially the influence of government,technology,market and other factors on the development of professional villages.Natural factors are important factors in the formation of early professional villages,but at the present stage of the development of Henan Province,humanistic factors have become more important factors.The mechanism of the development and change of professional villages is complex.It needs to satisfy the development will of professional households and enhance their development ability.Inner villages need to innovate technology and refine division of labor.External villages need government guidance and market choice.Finally,the characteristics of the development of professional villages at the present stage are formed: agricultural products processing appears in agricultural professional villages,industrial chain extension;industrial professional villages have fine division of production.The products focus on environmental protection and diversification;service-oriented professional villages focus on the combination of industry and tourism,innovative sales methods.
