Research On Development Strategy Of Beijing Yongfeng High-tech Industrial Park

Since the reform and opening up,with the sustained economic growth and the continuous promotion and integration of scientific and technological innovation,many industrial parks have been bom all over the country,many of which have made considerable achievements with the support of the state and local governments.But there are also quite a number of science and technology industrial parks that have not been successfully operated.Some parks have even become "ghost cities" and"barren cities".With the continuous development of new industrialized industries,especially since the dismantling of the capital's functions in 2015,it has become particularly important for science and technology industrial parks to formulate correct development strategies so as to make better use of the opportunities of national socio-economic development.This research takes Beijing Yongfeng High-tech Industrial Park as the research object.Firstly,the background and significance of this paper were studied,and the content of this paper was determined by summarizing the literature in related fields at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas of this paper were briefly introduced.Secondly,the theories of growth pole theory,spatial diffusion effect and "five-yuan" driving theory of industrial park development were summarized.Meanwhile,the connotation,characteristics and levels of Industrial Park strategic management were summarized too.Thirdly,the development environment of Yongfeng Hi-tech Industrial Park was analyzed by this study.The current situation of Yongfeng Hi-tech Industrial Park was summarized in this paper.Then,the environment of Yongfeng Hi-tech Industrial Park was analyzed by PEST from four perspectives:political,economic,social and technological environment.And the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Yongfeng Hi-tech Industrial Park were analyzed by SWOT,and the SWOT matrix was drawn.Finally,the Enlightenment of the development of industrial park was put forward.Fourthly,the experiences and practices of Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu,Jinzhou Xin in Ningxiang,Hunan,Xiangtan,Jiuhua.
