In the fierce competitive environment of enterprises,after new employees entering the organization,due to the unfamiliar work environment and the change of work roles,they may be maladaptation and thus leave.Organizational socialization is not only one of the important indicators to measure new employees' adaptation to organizations and reduce employee turnover rate,but good organizational socialization also has direct gains on outcome variables at the individual,group and organizational levels.This study mainly discusses the impact of organizational socialization on the cooperation behavior of new employees in the context of China.Using scenario experiments,follow-up studies,and questionnaire surveys,we first analyze the impact and impact of different organizational socialization's levels(high and low)on employee cooperation behavior;then use cross-lag analysis to explore organizational socialization,perceived organizational support,internal human identity perception,and the causal relationship between cooperation behavior;finally analyze the impact of organizational socialization on cooperation behavior and internal mechanism,as well as perceived organizational support and internal human identity perception in multiple mixed chain mediation.The results showed that:(1)There is a significant difference in the degree of cooperation between the organizational socialization group and the high-scoring group is significantly higher than the low group.(2)Organizational socialization is an antecedent variable of perceived organizational support,internal human identity perception and cooperation behavior.Organizational socialization at the first time point has a positive predictive effect on the perceived organizational support,internal human identity perception and cooperation behavior at the second time point;Organizational support is an antecedent variable of internal human identity perception and cooperation behavior.Perceptual organizational support at the first time point can positively predict internal identity awareness and cooperation behavior at the second time point;internal human identity perception is an antecedent variable of cooperation behavior.The internal person identity perception at first time point can positively predict the cooperation behavior at the second time point.(3)Organizational socialization has a positive predictive effect on cooperation behavior.Perceived organizational support and internal human identity perception play a multi-mixed chain intermediary role in the impact of organizational socialization on cooperation behavior,and the three mediating effects are partial mediating effects.
