| Innovation is the core of China’s 13th Five-Year Plan. The plan proposes that China will complete the great strategic goal of building an innovative country by 2020 and become one of the forefront of innovative countries in 2030.At the 13th National People’s Congress,President Xi emphasized that it is necessary to cultivate more innovative enterprises with independent intellectual property rights and core competitiveness. It can be seen that innovative enterprises play a very important role in the future economic and social development of China.Knowledge is the basis of innovation, and knowledge acquisition requires continuous and effective learning. Therefore,it is necessary to study how innovative enterprises can maintain their competitive advantage and improve their performance through organizational learning. It is especially important for companies to have the ability to respond to dynamic environmental changes. This capability is a dynamic capability.Enterprises acquire resources through organizational learning system, then integrate and reconstruct internal and external environment resources, and gain competitive advantage in turbulent and complex environment, which will always be beneficial to the invincible position of enterprises. Therefore,on the basis of systematic reading of previous literature, this study takes innovative enterprises as the research object, and takes dynamic capabilities as intermediary variables to explore the relationship between Organizational Science and enterprise innovation performance.Construct a theoretical model of the LDP(learning-capability-performance)paradigm and conduct an empirical analysis.Based on the mature scale of scholars at home and abroad, this paper revises and formulates a new scale according to China’s national conditions and the development status of enterprises.Organizational learning is decomposed into three dimensions:learning commitment, shared vision and open mind.Dynamic ability is divided into three dimensions:environmental insight, resource integration and organizational flexibility.Through questionnaire survey,we strive to collect data covering many industries of innovative enterprises.Regionally,we focus on the areas of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai and Qingdao, which are familiar to the author and rank first in the number of innovative enterprises in China in recent years,so as to make the results of the questionnaire more authentic and reliable.232 valid questionnaires were collected and validated by SPSS23.0 software. The research results show that organizational learning and its three dimensions have a significant positive impact on innovation performance, while only two dimensions of resource integration ability and organizational flexibility ability have a significant positive impact on innovation performance, environmental insights. The impact of capacity on innovation performance is not supported by data.At the same time, dynamic capabilities and their three dimensions can play a partial intermediary role between organizational learning and innovation performance.Based on the results of empirical research and verification, combined with the purpose and significance of this research, the article puts forward some management suggestions for innovative enterprises to improve their innovation performance.Enterprises should regularly organize employee training, increase the training of organizational learning, guide employees to expand their open thinking, and also focus on enhancing the interaction between employees and middle and senior managers,so that employees have in the affairs of the enterprise. At the same time, enterprises should establish flexible mechanisms to cope with the rapidly changing external environment, timely absorb external information and resources, and integrate internal and external resources for their own use. Finally,I reflect on the shortcomings in the research and look forward to the future research.I hope that I can contribute to the research of think tanks in this field and bring some enlightenment to the practice and development of innovative enterprises in China. |
