| Since post-90 s employees basically belong to the emerging population in the employment groups,in the school and society at the border of the border.Coming out of the ivory tower of the school to the society,into the workplace,on the one hand,the ability to adapt to the social changes to meet the requirements of the role.On the other hand,it may lead to fluctuations in the attitude of employees above the adjustment,it is easy to adapt to the workplace environment and thus lead to turnover intention.With the development of economy and society,the status of talents increased,when employees feel self development platform and desire environment in the organization,the discomfort is likely to let employees will not leave.From this point of view,in the face of talent and excellent employee turnover high costs,organizational commitment and loyalty on the staff of the organization at the same time,also should go to improve the relationship between the organization of employees from the employee’s perspective,organizational support theory advocated "provides a new perspective to the people" organization of employee relationship management practice.In the workplace as the emerging power of "90" employee turnover rate phenomenon has been plagued by the organization’s management,the influence of the turnover intention of employees "90" factors and mechanism from the angle of organizational support,reduce workplace loneliness,so that employees can adapt to the working environment for the employees,managers in terms of,or even the entire organization is very important.Based on the review of 90 organization theory of basic support,workplace loneliness,turnover intention,using the method of combining the theoretical and empirical research,effect of organizational support on turnover intention,while the introduction of workplace loneliness as perceived organizational support and turnover intention of moderating variables between the two variables,to explore whether the workplace loneliness has a regulating effect.The results of this study have some guiding significance for how to improve the organizational support to enable employees to experience the sense of belonging and sense of belonging to the organization,reduce the loneliness of workplace experience and reduce the turnover rate. |
