With the development of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.Performance management,as one of the most important governance tools in modern enterprise management,has attracted widespread attention from enterprises all over the world.Chinese enterprises also attach great importance to performance management.As a key part of enterprise management,performance management plays an indispensable role in enterprise management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for enterprise performance management to study the performance management of enterprise departments and establish a scientific and effective enterprise performance management system.This paper takes company B in daye city,hubei province as an example.On the basis of reviewing the history and current situation of company B's performance management,the author interviews and surveys employees of company B through interviews and questionnaires to obtain first-hand detailed data.Then according to the data analysis,the author believes that the existing performance management problems of company B mainly include:insufficient execution of performance management,imperfect reward and punishment mechanism of performance assessment,inadequate feedback of performance assessment results,and lack of scientific assessment indicators.In order to perfect the performance management system of company B and improve the deficiencies of the original performance management,the author adopted 360 degree evaluation method,key performance indicator method and other assessment methods,and put forward a series of optimization Suggestions for the performance management system of company B.In terms of personal performance appraisal,the author designs a set of performance appraisal methods suitable for grassroots employees,hoping to improve and optimize the performance management system of company B from an all-round perspective.The research results of the paper not only have certain guiding significance for the improvement of B company's performance management,but also provide a reference for other related research on enterprise performance management.
