The global economy high-speed development and increasingly competitive era of the global economy, enterprise staffs management and drive has become the important aspect.In enterprise competition, performance appraisal is an important aspect of enterprise competition of one of the most important aspects. Only by establishing the effective performance evaluation system adapt to enterprise, the enterprise human resource management can run more efficiently adapt to enterprise, the enterprise staffs enthusiasm and creativity can obtain the effective stimulating, the staffs working enthusiasm can obtain the effective promotion, working performance will also get continuously in ascension. Therefore that will continuously improve enterprise's competitiveness and overall performance level. Enterprise can unceasingly make progress and development, so establishing a set of effective performance evaluation system is crucial to enterprise development and win the competition, simultaneously has the important practical significance.Based on the studying and researching relevant theories of performance appraisal theory, on the basis of performance assessment to WY food company status of a more detailed analysis and research and find out the deficiency of the side. Then by general production workers and Sales personnel,, high technical personnel, general managers and middle managers on the characteristics of analysis and research basis and combining with the actual performance of the company, sets up a set of effective and targeted 360-degree performance evaluation system. Finally, the premise condition of performance evaluation system implemented and the result of using give some advices. It's also my hope that through this paper writing and researching on WY food enterprise to establish a set of effective performance appraisal system play a reference and a model to similar enterprises.
