Research On The Performance Of JD E-Commerce Enterprise Self-Operated Logistics

Technology changes the era.The advancement of society and the innovation of technology have led to the emergence of e-commerce.which has greatly changed people's production and lifestyle and improved economic efficiency.Under the country's macroeconomic control and favorable market conditions,China's e-commerce has started a period of rapid development for 20 years.In 2018,China's total e-commerce transactions reached 31.63 trillion yuan,an increase of 8.5%year-on-year.This shows that although the e-commerce industry started late in China,it has developed rapidly.The e-commerce dividend will inevitably bring about the rise of the logistics industry.However,in China,the problems of high logistics cost,imperfect infrastructure,waste of logistics resources and low quality of distribution personnel are common in logistics enterprises,which restricts the development of e-commerce enterprises and logistics industry.Based on this,it is of great significance to explore the logistics performance evaluation in e-commerce enterprises,aiming at improving the management level of logistics enterprises and further promoting the vigorous development of logistics in the e-commerce industry.Firstly,This paper is based on the relevant research results of e-commerce logistics and performance evaluation at home and abroad,organizes and generalize the concepts and characteristics of e-commerce and logistics,summarizes the connotation and evaluation of performance,introduces the research methods related to performance evaluation,and lays a foundation and points out the direction for constructing the logistics performance evaluation system.Then the situation of JD e-commerce and the status quo of logistics are described,and the operation and management methods of the company's logistics system are elaborated.Through the literature review and case study,five first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators were selected as the logistics performance evaluation indicators.Through the Analytic Hierarchy Process to quantify the indicators,the JD logistics company performance evaluation system is constructed,and the Fuzzy Analysis Process is used to evaluate the company's self-operated logistics performance level.Finally,theevaluation results are obtained and analyzed,and corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed for the weak indicators.
