With the change of macro environment and economic and technological development,the economic environment to the enterprise internal management personnel's quality requirements gradually improve,whether the enterprise can achieve sustainable development,its management personnel's quality and ability can adapt to the requirement of enterprise development at the present stage,to a large extent influenced by the enterprise training link.However,the relevant training for managers of company A is still based on the traditional lecture-based training.The content of the training is single,boring,lagging and without effective feedback system,which is difficult to adapt to the development needs of the company in today's society.At the present stage,research related to competency is an important direction of training research.Competency is the basic part of enterprise training process,which lays a foundation for enterprise training demand analysis,effectively improves the pertinence and purpose of enterprise training,saves training resources and improves training effect.Therefore,this paper builds A competency model for company A's managers based on competency model,and helps company A's managers build A new training system on the basis of competency model,so as to change the current training situation of company A's managers.This paper summarizes the current training methods of A company,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of its original training methods,and through the analysis of the existing problems in the training process,concludes the deficiencies of its current training.Based on this part of research,we introduce the BEI approach to interview the managers of A company,and apply the three-level coding method of grounded theory to extract the data.Finally,we obtain the competency model of the managers of A company,and further interpret and rank the indicators.Combined with competent quality model and competent quality index of rating,this paper analyzes the training needs of the management of A company,and according to the results of the analysis for A company to build the new training management system,and the training system of running A series of security measures are put forward,in order to ensure the sustainable operation of the training system.New training system fundamentally solve the blindness of the existing training system,the management of A company to build the management of A company A personalized and targeted training system,both meet the demand of the strategy of A company at this stage,also gives management ways to meet the demand of individual training,for A company and its management personnel to build A win-win situation,more conducive to the development of A company's future.
