With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,The energy demand of china has shown a rigid growth.The contradiction between the development of economic and social,as the capacity of energy and environmental has become increasingly prominent.The problem of resources and environment is still one of the bottlenecks restricting economic and social development of china.In the field of construction in china,public buildings have high energy consumption and huge energy-saving potential.The train station is a special kind of public building,which is a major energy consumer in the railway industry.With the increase of railway operating mileage and passenger volume,the scale of train stations will continue to expand,and the productive energy consumption will also increase sharply,which will bring greater pressure to the energy supply layout and energy capacity of cities.Promoting Energy Performance Contracting(EPC)as an effective market-oriented to save energy and emission-reduction service mechanism in train stations,which are not only reducing the financial pressure of railway departments on energy-saving renovation projects,but also effectively promoting the development of energy-saving and emission-reduction work in railway industry as well.However,in the process of promoting EPC in train station,there are still many problems affecting the implementation of the project.Based on the above background,the thesis studies the key problems in the application of EPC in D train station energy-saving renovation project by a practical case.First of all,questionnaire survey and expert interviews are used in the research,It find out the important issues of the project focus on energy conservation,risk sharing and income distribution.Secondly,aiming at the problem of energy saving identification,the thesis is putting forward a research approach| for energy saving identification,and accroding to this approach,the energy saving amount of the project is calculated.Thirdly,aiming at the problem of the risk sharing problem of the project,the risk factors of the project are identified by WBS-RBS analysis method.Based on the analysis of the subject and principle of project sharing,the influencing factors system of project risk sharing is constructed,and the proportion of risk sharing among the participants of the project is solved by using the Entropy Weighting and the TOPSIS Method.Fourthly,aiming at the problem of income distribution,the thesis is analyzing the principles,applicable methods and the factors of income distribution of the project.Combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,thethesis calculates the influencing factors of income distribution of the project,and establishing Nash equilibrium equation and utility function,and obtaining the proportion of income distribution of the participants in the project.At the end of the thesis,the research conclusion and inadequacies is given,and some suggestions are put forward to promote the application of EPC in energy-saving renovation project of a train station.
