| Tianjin FAW Xiali China FAW Group Corporation is the holding company of theeconomic car manufacturers, the annual energy consumption of 70 thousand tons ofstandard coal, energy-saving very difficult task. In this paper, project managementtheory and systems analysis, energy-saving plan for the company conducted a study ofscientific development for the company’s proposed energy-saving theory andmethods.Company Energy Master Plan, in industrial boilers and furnaces used in thecurrent situation has been analyzed, the corresponding energy-saving measures; ofelectrical equipment are analyzed, proposed energy-saving measures to be taken, andthe availability of saving efficiency was calculated; made the focus of waste heatrecovery, steam and air compressor condensate industrial water recycling.Energy saving paint shop planning, upgrading and water is saving energy saving.Electrophoresis of the paint shop oven energy situation analyzed, through theimplementation of effective management system for the entire power plant operationadjustments to saving the state the purpose. Proposed paint shop water conservationmeasures, is to save water and concentrated water recycling.Steam system condensate recovery in the pipeline plan, proposed pipe networkrehabilitation programs and energy-saving measures such as recycling mode, andenergy-saving efficiency was calculated. Energy-saving Air Station plan, put forwardmainly from the use of air compressor selection, optimal adjustment of the controlsystem, peripherals, and management and maintenance of adjustment and reform andhas taken measures. |
