With the rapid development of transportation network system,the trend of foreign large-scale logistics enterprises entering the domestic market is gradually rising,and the competition among domestic logistics enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to achieve lasting development,transport enterprises must strengthen cooperation among transport enterprises to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and mutual benefit,so as to enable transport enterprises to achieve good development in the fierce market competition.Transport strategic alliance can integrate effective transport resources,give full play to the advantages of different modes of transport,and form a new industry model of vertical and horizontal integration.The establishment of win-win alliance partnership among freight transport enterprises can greatly enhance the utilization rate of resources,improve the efficiency of transport enterprises,reduce the emission of environmental pollutants,and promote the development of the freight transport industry in the direction of economic,efficient,energy-saving and environmental protection.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of alliance decision-making,this paper studies the selection and pricing strategy of strategic partners in domestic logistics and transportation alliance by using dynamic game theory.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept,characteristics,rationality,function and transport route selection of transport enterprise alliance,which lays a foundation for the research.Then,through the analysis of the principle and influencing factors of partner selection in transport alliance,the corresponding weight index is set up,the mathematical model of partner selection under different task conditions is established,and the selection of the best partner in transport chain is put forward.Method:Next,the pricing strategy of transport enterprise alliance is studied,and the pricing game model of transport Alliance under different decision-making conditions is established.The objective revenue function of the alliance enterprise is constructed based on different dominant power,and the freight and volume under different dominant power are obtained by solving the objective function.Finally,the operation data of logistics enterprise is taken as an example,and the partner selection model is established.The model and partner pricing strategy model are validated by data.The optimal value of the model is obtained by calculating,and the optimal combination of strategic partners and the optimal pricing strategy of transport alliance are obtained.In this paper,through cooperation with freight transport enterprises,based on game theory,the selection of partners and transport pricing in the process of establishing transport alliance are studied.The conclusions can provide decision-making guidance for the formation and operation of logistics transport enterprise alliance.
