Practice Research On Rural Industrial Revitalization Of Lanhe In Nansha,Guangzhou City

Rural industrial Revitalization was a core part for rejuvenating the countryside.There are still many problems in the development of rural industry such as the weak industrial base,small population size,insufficient talent competitiveness,scattered industrial revitalization factors,vague development ideas and outdated concepts,this has led to a long-term situation of small scale and intensity of rural industries,low degree of industrial integration and insufficient comprehensive utilization of rural factors.Therefore,it is urgent for the rural to formulate the direction of rural industrial revitalization,clarify the role between the government and the market,and design a suitable development business model according to local conditions.This paper uses literature research,data collection and analysis,focus group interviews,questionnaire surveys and other research methods to study the rational path and key constraints of rural industrial revitalization through a case study of Lanhe town.First,agriculture industrial upgrading was a core direction of the Rural industrial Revitalization.Through the agriculture was extended to the secondary and tertiary industry,we could get rid of the predicament of agriculture at the bottom of the value chain.Second,it was important to optimize the division of functions between the government and the market in resource allocation.The role of the government in the rural revitalization strategy is very important.However,if it is involves too much or not enough,it may lead to dislocation.The key functions of the government included to promote the reform of the rural land system,build a talent mechanism and provide perfect socialization service for the town.The market was decided that resource allocation was the general law of the market economy.Using the market as an "invisible hand" can promote the effective allocation of various production factors,activate the endogenous power of rural development and so on.Third,Constructing the operation mode of industrial development according to the local conditions.Considering the orientation of Lanhe as a livable and tourist town and the present situation of agricultural industry,the priority of the industrial development mode is to promote,transform and upgrade the traditional agriculture.To develop the urban agriculture,make the tour-farming industry as a core and construct the town as an integration of the agriculture technology research,planting,trading,exhibition and tourism.Developing the town into a combination of state-owned enterprise,village collective economy and social capital operation mode.
