With the rapid development of China's economy and accelerated iteration of technology,the development speed of China's logistics industry is also accelerating.Coupled with the rapid rise of e-commerce in China,the demand and requirements of various social parties for the logistics service of warehousing and logistics distribution are also continuously improved.The logistics industry has become one of the core capabilities that restricts the economic development of all countries and the survival and expansion of enterprises due to its wide range of fields,large number of people in need of employment and remarkable driving effect on production and consumption.But with the development of the market economy,the enterprise customer demand for logistics services is rising,more and more is also high to the requirement of service level,a great change of the marketing environment of enterprise,especially for the logistics enterprises,to win in the fierce market competition,it needs around the service quality of ascension to formulate scientific and reasonable service marketing strategy.Guangxi yuchai logistics co.,LTD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of yuchai group,a top 500 enterprise in China.After 6 years of development,yuchai logistics in guangxi has been transformed from a single transport service provider into a supply chain integrated integrated logistics service provider integrating the third-party logistics,supply chain management and warehousing services.This paper takes the 7Ps service marketing strategy as the main analysis framework,discusses and analyzes 7 aspects of the existing service marketing strategy of yuchai logistics in guangxi,and summarizes the deficiencies of the existing service marketing strategy.And in-depth and systematic study on the enterprise macro micro environment,target market and market positioning from several aspects to perfect the enterprise service marketing strategy,help guangxi yuchai logistics co.,LTD.,in the service marketing activities to carry out the appropriate use of its advantages as well as the external opportunities and make up for their own shortage and cleverly avoid external threats,make guangxi yuchai logistics can achieve maximum target customer expectations logistics service quality,thus for guangxi yuchai logistics future can achieve better marketing results lay a solid foundation.This study can provide references for the selection,improvement and formulation of future service marketing strategies for other logistics enterprises in guangxi region and even the whole country,so as to promote the logistics and transportation industries in guangxi zhuang autonomous region to integrate into china-asean free trade zone and pan-beibu gulf economic circle faster and better,and drive regional economic growth.
