B&B is an emerging tourism industry and a new force to promote the rapid development of the tourism industry.With the continuous improvement of the disposable income of tourists and the increasing personalization of consumer demand,more and more tourists have begun to choose B&B in accommodation consumption.Research on the purchase decision-making behavior of tourists'homes will be beneficial to the sustainable development of the property industry.Therefore,based on the research review,this paper obtains the data through questionnaire survey,and uses cross-analysis and factor analysis to study the characteristics and influencing factors of the purchase decision-making behavior of tourists.The study concluded that(1)the purchase decision process of the B&B is divided into five stages,namely,accommodation demand,B&B information search,B&B purchase plan evaluation,B&B purchase action,and B&B evaluation.(2)The difference in demographic characteristics has an impact on the purchase decision-making behavior of tourists.The specific performance is as follows:First,from the gender perspective,women tend to obtain information on homestays in online travel agencies,and women are more inclined to choose 200 yuan or less than men.The homestay,as well as women,are more than happy to share the bed and breakfast experience.Secondly,from the age point of view,the older the age,the more attention is paid to the personalized service of the hotel.The younger the age,the more important the value of the hotel is.The older people tend to get the information of the'hotel under the online channel.The younger ones rely on the network channel to obtain the information of the hotel.Thirdly,from the perspective of education,the highly educated people pay attention to the deep-seated homestay experience.They tend to stay in different types of homestays.They hope to integrate local culture through the stay and rely on online channels to obtain information on the homestay.People with lower academic qualifications like to search for information on the B&B under the online channel and are more happy to stay at the chain hotel.Fourth,from the perspective of monthly income,monthly income is significantly related to the price of the homestay.The higher the income,the more likely people choose high-priced homestays,and the lower-income people tend to choose low-priced homestays.High-income people like to stay in different types of hotels,and prefer to make a decision to buy at the hotel.(3)Relevant factors such as environmental factors,hotel factors,marketing incentives,and popularity factors affect the purchase decision of tourists.(4)Proposed to target the market,accurately locate the style of the hotel;emphasize the characteristics of the hotel,deepen the personality of the hotel;adjust the price of the hotel around the market demand;create a boutique hotel,organic symbiosis with the local natural humanities;use the network platform,online hotel products;Pay attention to commenting on word of mouth and encourage sharing of accommodation experiences and other countermeasures.
