Research On The Development Of Baise Mango Industry Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Mango is a famous tropical fruit in the world.It is popular because of its unique taste and rich nutrition.It is an important cash crop in China's hot regions.The Ministry of Agriculture has listed mango as a important fruit in China's hot areas,and put the Youjiang Valley into mango regional layout.Afterwards,the Guangxi Agricultural Department made Baise as a important mango region and a dominant mango region.In recent years,Baise Municipal Government has also formulated a series of policies to promote the development of mango production,making Baise mango develop rapidly.In 2017,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held successfully,and the country began to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that industrial prosperity is a key points to rural revitalization.Mango industry has developed into a pillar industry in Baise,and is an important crop for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich.The development of Baise mango industry plays a very important and positive role in implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Baise.Through reading a large number of documents,this paper understands the development status of mango industry at home and abroad.Studies the current development status of Baise mango industry by means of in-depth interviews,field surveys and questionnaires.From the aspects of variety structure,brand construction and industrial chain status of Baise mango,it is concluded that Baise mango industry still has variety structure to be improved and variety renewal is slow,postharvest fresh-keeping technology is backward,cold chain logistics is imperfect,scale and industrialization is low,quality safety and brand awareness need to be improved,lack of deep processing technology,the added value of mango needs to be improved.This papper also analyzed the development trend of Baise mango industry in recent years.Combining with the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the development idea of Baise mango industry revitalization,and points out that the main tasks of current industry revitalization including industry integration,extending the Baise mango industry chain,improving the scientific and technological innovation content of mango industry,implementing the strategy of talent revitalization;improving the industrial scale,organization and standardization,strengthening the brand and cultural construction of mango;improving the quality and safety quality,upgrading the level of industrial management.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of Baise mango industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the revitalization of Baise mango industry from the perspectives of government,enterprises and scientific research.
