Rural Vitalization Strategy is an upgraded version of new rural construction and beautiful rural.From the previous research and practical experience of rural agricultural development,the core of the three agricultural problems is farmers,the key of farmers' problems is to increase income,and the basis of increasing income is industry,so Rural Vitalization Strategy must focus on thriving businesses.China has a vast territory,and the natural conditions and resources endowment of rural development are obviously different.The implementation of Rural Vitalization Strategy must proceed from the actual development of various regions and combine with the actual development of local areas to study the industrial development mode adapted to local conditions.Based on the above understanding,this paper takes thriving businesses as the breakthrough point,starting from the interpretation of the connotation of thriving businesses,and on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of rural development in Shaanxi Province,through the analysis of the predicament of rural economic development and the empirical study of the model of rural economic growth,holds that the key to thriving businesses and the increase of farmers' income is to reduce the number of population in rural areas,while at the same In order to improve the efficiency of fund allocation in rural areas,this paper constructs a development model of thriving businesses of Shaanxi Province with urban-rural linkage as the core.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the analysis of the current situation of rural economic development,the industrial development in rural areas is facing the technical and environmental barriers.In the future,factories such as fine processing of agricultural products and chemical smelting in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province should be combined with urbanization,enter the park and enjoy the cost advantages of the park.At the same time,from the perspective of the potential of rural tourism development,Villages lack unique resource endowments and clear target markets.These villages do not have the type of industry that takes rural tourism as the dominant factor.It can be seen from this that in order to achieve thriving businesses of Shaanxi Province,it is still necessary to adhere to the basis of agricultural development and promote the integration of the three industries on the basis of large-scale operation of agriculture,emphasizing the basis of agriculture.(2)From the analysis of the rural economic growth model in Shaanxi Province,we can see that the existing labor input of rural production has restrained the rural economic growth.Only by reducing the number of rural population can we effectively promote economic growth and increase farmers' income.At the same time,with the improvement of mechanization in the future,the rural development will have to further outflow of population,and the key to achieve new-type urbanization in the future.It is necessary to reduce the labor input of the existing agricultural production and solve the problem of the exit of this part of the population from the countryside.The development of rural economy can not be separated from the investment of talents and funds.The more important factor of these factors flowing into rural areas is to improve the efficiency of the use of funds in rural areas and effectively increase the economic output of rural areas.(3)The implementation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy can not discuss the countryside on the basis of the countryside.We should coordinate the development of agricultural and rural modernization and county urbanization under the macro-background of urbanization development.The realization of thriving businesses of Shaanxi Province should take urban-rural linkage as the core,County urbanization,agricultural industrialization management and long-term input mechanism as the development focus,realize land scale management through County urbanization,develop new forms of agriculture on the basis of agricultural increment and efficiency,and guide funds and other elements on the basis of institutional mechanism innovation and operation coordination flow to rural areas.As a result,farmers who enter county towns can get wage income by participating in non-agricultural production in cities and towns;farmers who stay in rural areas increase their operating income on the basis of agricultural management,and gradually make rural areas achieve thriving businesses and farmers achieve sustained income growth.
