With the increasingly fierce global competition,the pressure of enterprise competition is increasing.Employees are more and more likely to feel tired and negative emotions in work,and their work vitality and learning experience are also declining.How to help employees maintain sufficient vitality,obtain efficient learning experience and promote thriving at work is an urgent problem that enterprise managers need to think deeply about.In this case,if managers continue to adopt the"top-down"leadership style,it will not achieve the desired results.In recent years,the"bottom-up"leadership style has gradually emerged.As one of the important types,the humble leadership style can have a profound impact on the psychological state,work attitude and external behavior of employees.Therefore,this paper will explore the influence mechanism of humble leadership on employees' thriving at work,introduce psychological security as an intermediary variable,and put humble leadership,psychological security and thriving at work under the same framework for empirical research.Taking 412 employees of enterprises of different natures in China as research samples,data were collected through questionnaire survey and processed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 software.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Humble leadership has a significant positive impact on thriving at work.AH dimensions of humble leadership have significant positive effects on thriving at work.(2)Humble leadership has a significant positive impact on psychological security.Self-perception and learning modestly have significant positive effects on psychological security,while appreciating others has no significant effect on psychological security.(3)Psychological security has a significant positive impact on thriving at work.Psychological security has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of thriving at work.(4)Psychological security partially mediates the influence of humble leadership on thriving at work.Psychological security partially mediates the effects of self-perception and learning modestly on all dimensions of thriving at work,but it doesn't mediate the effects of appreciating others on any dimensions of thriving at work.
