With the continuous development of Internet finance,many financial institutions began to build smart network projects,hoping to use high-end new intelligent products to optimize their business processes in order to improve the efficiency of network operation and customer personalized experience.However,the smart network construction project is a complex envy,and its implementation process has certain uncertainty and various uncertainties.The real risk needs scientific risk management to promote the normal construction of its network.Therefore,this paper takes Guangxi branch of a state-owned commercial bank as an example to study the risk management of its intelligent network construction project.Based on the analysis of risk management and project risk management at home and abroad,this paper takes the intelligent construction of A branch of Guangxi Branch of Bank Z as an example,proceeds from its project background,content and characteristics,combines brainstorming method and Dell illegal comprehensive application,and obtains that the main risks faced by the project include:strategic risk,policy risk,management risk.Technical risks,etc.The hierarchical structure of project risk is established by using analytic hierarchy process and the judgment matrix is constructed.Experts are asked to grade each risk,and the weight of each risk factor is finally determined.Three I-level risks were identified,namely,complex organizational structure,inaccurate related data and information,imperfect management system,and 10 I I-level risks(medium risks),namely,design omissions or defects,insufficient professional skills of builders,impeded transmission of strategic awareness,unreasonable security deployment,inadequate management of contractors,insufficient operation and maintenance technology of intelligent equipment,and excessive approval cycle.Long,unreasonable construction technology,changes in local urban planning,procurement issues:two third-level risks(low-level risks),i.e.greater competition pressure in the same industry,industry policy changes.Finally,according to the results of this study,the paper puts forward countermeasures to the risk management problems in project construction.This paper takes the construction project of A intellectualized network of Guangxi Branch of Bank Z as the research object,makes use of the theory and method of risk management,and carries out risk assessment according to the actual situation of the project This study has certain guiding significance for the risk judgment and avoidance of the construction project of A intellectualized network of Guangxi Branch of Bank Z,as well as for other commercial banks in the same industry in the intellectualized network.The risk management of construction project has certain reference and reference significance.
