The Enlightenment Of The Development Of Indian Think Tanks To The Construction Of Chinese Think Tanks

Think Tanks are an important part of the country's soft power and play a very important role in promoting the country's economic development and construction.As Chinese economy is growing at a faster pace and China is increasingly involved in international affairs,the problems we face are becoming more and more complex and volatile.We need Think Tanks as intellectual support to provide more forward-looking and predictive Suggestions on complex and volatile issues.How to build a high-level Think Tank has important practical significance for China.In recent years,Indian Think Tanks have developed rapidly in terms of number,size and influence.Some of them are playing an important role in the international community and have a good say in international affairs.In some aspects,they are even ahead of developed countries.As China's neighbor,India,like China,is a big developing country as well as a BRICS country.It is an important country along the "One Belt And One Road".This paper attempts to discuss the development of Indian Think Tanks and its significance for the construction of Chinese Think Tanks.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,research significance,research status,research ideas,research methods and innovation of Think Tanks at home and abroad.The second chapter is the concept of Think Tank,mainly introduces the definition,types,functions and characteristics of Think Tank.The third chapter introduces the development of Indian Think Tanks.This chapter firstly introduces the development history,development status,operation mechanism and ways of influencing government decision-making of Think Tanks in India.Then three famous Indian Think Tanks are selected for introduction: Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses,Observer Research Foundation and The Energy and Resources Institute.Among them,Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses is a Think Tank that mainly studies defense and security,Observer Research Foundation is a comprehensive Think Tank,and The Energy and Resources Institute is a Think Tank that focuses on sustainable development and climate.This paper mainly introduces these three Think Tanks from the aspects of development and research,analyzes their successful experience,and hopes to enhance our understanding of these three Think Tanks.The fourth chapter is the reference and inspiration for Chinese Think Tank construction.This chapter first tells a think-tank construction situation in our country,and then from the reserve and training of personnel,capital sources,domestic and international cooperation of intellectual inventories in China were introduced from the three aspects such as question,finally from the management,financing,cooperation,communication and so on four aspects,put forward the beneficial enlightenment to the construction,a think-tank in China,hope the think-tank can develop better and better in our country,become a think-tank powers.
