Research On Integrated Management Mode Of Large Public Construction Projects

With the development of society and economy,China's large-scale public construction projects are increasing,and the construction project management methods are constantly developing and improving.Under the traditional model,the various stages of the construction project are separated from each other and the project information cannot be shared,resulting in the project participants not being able to communicate with each other in time at each stage of the project;it has occurred when the construction project quality standards,costs exceed the budget,schedule overrun,design changes and other issues.These problems are mainly due to the failure to adopt reasonable and effective project management methods in large-scale public construction projects.Therefore,it is the main content of engineering project management research to integrate management of large-scale public construction projects,improve project management efficiency,and minimize the probability of engineering problems.This paper mainly summarizes the development and theoretical basis of current project integration management through the collation of relevant literature and theory,combined with the project integration management theory,the content of integrated management is studied from the aspects of project target management,organization management and process management,and the integration model is built.Based on this,the information integration platform is built based on the project information portal,in the research,it mainly combines the actual project operation cases and proposes corresponding strategies to promote the optimization of large-scale public construction project management,from the application of actual cases and the development status of actual projects,the necessity of projectintegration management and various problems are analyzed and discussed to build a new project management model suitable for the new situation.This study determines the importance of integrated management informationization in compliance with the requirements of project management applications,this research starts from the perspective of integrated management and is based on the life cycle management theory,it aims to more scientific management of large-scale public construction projects and ensure the rationality of decision-making by project managers.Through the demonstration role of specific projects,the concept of the whole life cycle management has been greatly promoted in the project integration management,which has played a good role in promoting the follow-up projects.
