Study On Optimization Of Cold Chain Logistics System Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the development of China's economy and the improvement of social level,the consumption structure of the Chinese market is changing accordingly.When people buy fresh agricultural products in daily life,they will not only consider the price of fresh agricultural products,but also pay more attention to the quality and quality of fresh agricultural products than before.The link of fresh cold chain in China is still affected by the high cost,food safety and unequal profit.This mainly reflects the phenomenon of loose relationship,low informatization,weak facilities and equipment,many circulation links,weak facilities and equipment,weak supervision and other phenomena in the main body of the supply chain of fresh cold chain in China.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,this paper starts from the improvement of the supply chain,aiming at satisfying the customers ‘overall needs,and then constructs a perfect and effective cold chain system framework for green fresh agricultural products to help the flourishing development of the fresh cold chain industry.In this paper,the concepts of fresh agricultural products,SCOR model and cold chain logistics involved in the optimization of green fresh agricultural products cold chain system are elaborated,and the supply chain management theory,synergy effect and competition and cooperation theory used in this paper are studied and summarized,which lays a foundation for the subsequent optimization of fresh agricultural products cold chain system.After that,this paper summarizes the main models of fresh and cold chain in China and points out the shortcomings in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.Referring to foreign excellent models,this paper puts forward the deep integration of green supply chain and fresh agricultural products cold chain.From this point of view,this paper uses SCOR supply chain reference model to optimize the green supply chain management system of fresh agricultural products cold chain.By using the four-tier structure of SCOR model,the cold chain system of green fresh agricultural products was constructed from the basic process layer,configuration layer,process element layer and implementation layer,and the performance evaluation system of green fresh agricultural products cold chain was constructed by using the balanced scorecard.Finally,a case study was conducted to find out the shortcomings of Boxed Horse Fresh by performance evaluation,and relevant improvement measures were put forward.In this paper,green supply chain management theory is applied to optimize the cold chain system of fresh agricultural products,and a breakthrough is made on the basis of previous studies,in order to play a theoretical and practical value in the construction of the cold chain system of fresh agricultural products in China.
