Since the 21 th century,traditional supply chain of fresh produce has become out of date,for reasons of too many intermediate links,low logistics efficiency,information streams break,mismatch between supply and demand and other problems.Recently,with the introduction of some ‘Internet+agriculture' policies concerned,O2O(Online to Offline)-style supply chain of fresh produce has appeared.It will reduce costs effectively,and be highly favored by consumers for its personalized service,by integrating O2 O double-channel advantages and building flattening frames of supply chain.However,its development is still limited by scattered,fractured,high-cost logistics and information stream.Performance appraisal of supply chain can diagnose every links of supply chain from an overall perspective,offer ideas and basis for the sustainable development of supply chain.It is the best choice of promoting competitiveness of supply chain.But due to the dynamic and complex situation of O2O-style supply chain of fresh produce,no dynamic and rounded model of performance appraisal of supply chain has been established.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to establish it to analyze critical factors which affect the sustainable development of supply chain.System Dynamics is a simulation method for dynamic and complex system whose information is fuzzy and data is incomplete,and predecessors have had successful experience to apply it to performance appraisal of supply chain.Hence,this article introduces the approach of System Dynamics,combine the theory of Balanced Score Card,establish a dynamic model of performance appraisal,and choose some cases for computer simulation.The specific research is as follows:First,this article has combed and summarized ‘upstream supply channel-core area of supply chain-client',the basic structure of O2O-style supply chain of fresh produce,and has determined the boundary of the problems to be studied.On this basis,requirements of Balanced Score Card and System Dynamics have been combined.And performance evaluation index system,which includes 10 grade-1 indexes and 26 grade-2 indexes,has been established from for four dimensions,such as finance,client,internal process,learning and development.Then,causal relationships and feedback structures between indexes will be analyzed.On this basis,this article will use Vensim PLE to construct the causal loop diagram,further define quantitative relationship between variables,and apply basic flow rate method to build stock flow chart,and then complete model construction in Vensim PLE.Finally,this article will choose some O2 O fresh enterprise,get data needed by interviews,investigations and surveys,substitute the model for simulation and sensitivity analysis,and then draw the following conclusions:(1)The overall operation of the supply chain of the enterprises in this article is good.But the market competition environment is increasingly serious,the enterprises' development will enter a bottleneck period.(2)Improving quality control input,cold chain construction input and informatization input will benefit the sustainable development of supply chain.Improving propagandizing and popularizing input may have some effect in the shout term,but it cannot solve the problem of supply chain development bottleneck fundamentally.Employee benefits have reached an appropriate level,its contribution to the sustainable development of supply chain is limited.Increasing contact construction input will promote growth to a certain extent,but increased operating costs will still limit the sustainable development of supply chain.For simulation results,this article offers some advice from enterprise level and government level to improve the sustainable development of supply chain,and hope that it will help China's O2 O fresh produce supply chain develop in a healthy and ordered way.
