Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Agritainment In Liao-Shen Area

In the face of increasingly diversified consumer demand,agritainment tourism has gradually exposed problems such as low security,non-standardization,homogenization,less in-depth experience,no residents and so on.Meanwhile,it faces the huge challenges of competition in the tourism market and has reached a critical period of transformation.Compared with the Yangtze River Delta and Sichuan-Chongqing areas,the agritainment tourism in the Liaoning area late last,there is a gap in the overall planning,branding and tourism experience.This article takes the agritainment in the Liaoning area,especially the in Shenyang as the research object.In order to know about the development of agritainment tourism in the Liaoning area,a research was conducted on the agritainment in the north gate of the Qipanshan Scenic Area in Shenyang and the agritainment in the vicinity of Shifosi Village in the Shenbei New District.The farmhouse buildings and courtyard space,operation status and characteristics were investigated.After surveys and data collection in terms of experience,supporting facilities,interviews and investigations were conducted on the residential houses around Shifosi Village.Through comparative analysis,Summing up the bottlenecks problem in the current agritainment tourism in Liaoning Province.In order to highlight the regional characteristics of Liaoning and improve the tourism quality of agritainment,the basis of research is the Northeast traditional dwellings,integrate domestic and foreign new home stays and existing agricultural housing renovation outstanding cases.System analysis the possibility of transforming residential houses into agritainment,study the design strategy of agritainment renovation in Shenyang,seeks a more scientific transformation design idea.Finally,Shifosi Village,Shenbei New District,Shenyang was selected as design and transformation object.The location of Shifosi Village,the origin of the village name,the characteristic industry,the tourism cultural resources,and soon were analyzed to complete the overall planning of the renovation design of the agritainment in Shifosi Village,And choose the most typical residential houses as an example,try to transfor and optimization design of the standard unit of agritainment,carry out specific design and complete the intention plan for the farmhouse,architecture,interior,decoration and activity experience.
