Research On Factors And Countermeasures Of Chinese Soybean Import Dependence

With the advent of the era regarding global interconnection,there are more and more intersections between China and the international trade market,all walks of life are following the pace of reform,which has enabled our economy to develop vigorously,strengthening the comprehensive power,gradually raising the standard of living and demanding a higher quality of life.The so-called people who live on food are the first to require the need for food,and people are increasingly pursuing healthy and nutritious eating habits,so the soybean with the highest protein content and low caloric food crops,which can prevent “three high”(high blood pressure,high blood sugar and high blood fat)and protect blood vessels,is more and more popular with the public,so domestic demand is increasing almost year by year.However,because of the limitation of the basic conditions of China's populous population and little land and the low per unit yield of soybean caused by the backward technology in China,the yield of soybean in China has been stagnating.At the same time,because of the lack of international competitiveness,soybean export quantity is very small,and the contradiction between domestic soybean supply and demand is getting worse.As a result,the import quantity of soybean is increasing continuously in order to balance the supply and demand level of soybean in China.As a result,China's soybean import dependence has been increasing,which has had a significant impact on the national economy,domestic soybean industry and society.The increasing risk of soybean import poses a serious threat to the safety of soybean industry in China.Therefore,we must comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of the dependence degree of soybean import in China and find a way to reduce the dependence degree of soybean import so as to reduce the risk of soybean import.When analyzing the influencing factors of soybean import dependence in China.Firstly,based on the international and domestic food market environment,the thesis makes theoretical analysis from four aspects,supply factor,demand factor,market factor and policy factor,and then on the basis of theoretical analysis,selecting representative variables: domestic soybean production per unit area,domestic soybean sown area,foreign supply,GDP,RMB exchange rate,China's soybean production price index,import soybean average price.By using the cointegration and error correction model,we studied the relationship between the dependence degree of soybean import and the influence factors in China.Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical research conclusions,the countermeasures to reduce the dependence of China's soybean imports are put forward,Mainly: optimizing domestic soybean planting structure,improving domestic soybean per unit yield;Expanding the foreign soybean industry chain,strengthening the international soybean market information monitoring;Strengthening macro-control and stabilizing exchange rate;Giving play to the role of the market to ensure the standard transmission of soybean price at home and abroad;Cooperating anti-dumping activities with developing countries;Establishing perfect saving system of soybean industry.By these measures,we can effectively reduce the import risk of soybean in China and guarantee the safety of the soybean industry in China.
