"One Belt And One Road" profound changes,strategic planning is the Chinese response to the global situation as a whole of domestic and international two overall situation to make major decisions,is the implementation of a new round of opening wider to the outside,create a favorable peripheral environment of the important measures,"One Belt And One Road" strategic planning along with national and regional development needs,consider the interests of all parties concerned,and keep up with the trend of the regional integration and globalization,is along the positive response of the countries and the international community.Heilongjiang provincial party committee,the provincial government to seize opportunities,scientific planning,accurate positioning,active docking state "in" strategic planning,comprehensive start and implement "heilongjiang sea silk road economic belt"(hereinafter referred to as "longjiang silk road")construction,fully affirmation and support by the CPC central committee and the state council."Longjiang silk road" of the overall vision,can make the heilongjiang province got on the train to state a new round of opening wider to the outside,to build an important window to open to the north,promote the development of the peak shift to heilongjiang province and become a new engine to promote economic and social development in heilongjiang province.Tourism as a strong correlation of industry,of heilongjiang province's economic development plays an important role,"longjiang silk road with the implementation of the strategy of" undoubtedly injected a new vigor for the tourism development of heilongjiang province,created a new opportunity.As the province with large resources,in Heilongjiang,the advantages of resources can not be transformed into economic advantages,so that the development of the space structure of tourism is imbalanced.As to the economic activity and resource development in tourism,space structure of tourism has very important influence.The reasonable space structure in the area can distribute the features and advantages of tourism resources fully,which can help to reduce the development cost of tourism,relocate the functions of unit in high-efficiency,and development the regional tourism faster and healthier.In this paper,on the basis of illustration on the contents of strategic planning in “ Silk Road Belt in Longjiang ”,it analyzes the critical elements to the space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang systematically,seeks the opportunity for development under current status,and explores the optimizing plan for space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang under the strategic background of “ Silk Road Belt in Longjiang ”.There are six parts in this paper:The first part is introduction,it mainly analyzes the research background,illustrates the research objective and meaning,classifies and clears the related research summaries at home and abroad systematically,and introduces the research methods and technical routes,and etc.At to the second part,first of all,it has systematic analysis on the connotation of “ Silk Road Belt in Longjiang ”,gives some definitions on the related concepts,and at the same time,it illustrates the related research theoretical basis and the guiding significance of it to this paper.In the third part,it mainly has qualitative and quantitative analysis on the major elements of the space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang,including elements of tourism attraction,tourism market,tourism transportation,tourism reception facilities,and tourism economy,and explores current status of the space structure of tourism in HeilongjiangAnd the fourth part mainly analyze the deployment and implementation of the strategy of “ Silk Road Belt in Longjiang ”,the opportunities and challenges in order to coordinate the space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang,and put forward the optimizing principles for the space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang.In the fifth part,it is the core part of this paper,by combination with the above analysis,based on the strategic background of “ Silk Road Belt in Longjiang ”,which comes up with feasible strategy and route for the coordinated development of the space structure of tourism in Heilongjiang.The sixth parts gives illustration on the conclusion of the paper,and also some shortcomings and expectations.
