Research On Influencing Factors Of Integrity Behavior In Food Processing Enterprises

As the main driving force for the revitalization of the traditional food industry,food processing enterprises arc the most basic and most needed ones of the country.The country's strong focus on food safety has provided favorable conditions for the rapid growth of food processing enterprises.However,at this stage,problems such as false propaganda,counterfeiting and tax evasion caused by the non-standardized behaviors of food processing enterprises have frequently occurred,seriously disrupting the order of the food market and affecting the sustainable development of the food industry.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct qualitative analysis and quantitative research on the influencing factors of the integrity of food processing enterprises,and provide targeted suggestions for standardizing the integrity of food processing enterprises based on the research results so as to promote their development in good faith.Standing in the position of food processing enterprises and based on stakeholder theory,information asymmetry theory and incentive compatibility theory,this paper comes out six influencing factors,including corporate culture,quality of managers,corporate systems,transparency of product information,business size and business environment by adopting the methods of both literature collation and expert interview as well as combining the status quo of integrity behavior of food processing enterprises.This paper also divides the integrity behavior of food processing enterprises into internal integrity behaviors and external integrity behaviors,constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of integrity of the enterprises and puts forward a research hypothesis.The author utilizes SPSS23.0 to analyze reliability and validity of the questionnaire so as to ensure its scientificity and design ability.Then,the author further analyzes the relationship between corporate culture,managerial quality,corporate system,transparency of product information,enterprise scale and business environment and internal and external integrity behavior of food processing enterprises through AMOS21.0.On this basis,the author also conducts the fitting degree testing,path coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing.The research results show that corporate culture,enterprise system,quality of managers and business environment have positive effects on both internal and external integrity behavior of food processing enterprises prominently.The transparency of product information has remarkable positive effect on external integrity behavior of the enterprises.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding approaches and suggestions for standardizing the integrity of food processing enterprises according to the results.
