By using qualitative research methods,this study conducted in-depth interviews with 5 supervisors and 10 employees with mechanical professional background in the early stage of employment in two mechanical related industries.Through three steps of open login,relational login and core login,it formed the influencing factors and process model of the occupational mobility of employees with mechanical professional background in the early stage of employment.The following findings were found in this study.First,in the early stage of employment,the career mobility of employees with mechanical professional background tends to be ladder upward.Second,the career mobility of employees with mechanical professional background in the early stage of employment is completed under the combined action of the two needs of"self-realization" and "emotional belonging".When the enterprise can better meet the two needs of employees,employees will choose to stay in the company,whereas the turnover tendency of employees will increase.Thirdly,the career mobility of employees with mechanical professional background in the early stage of employment is changed and developed in the competition between"enterprise status" and "personal demands".When the "enterprise status" and "personal demands" have a high degree of correspondence,job seekers will have the opportunity to work in the enterprise.When the "enterprise status quo" and "personal appeal" are consistent,the employee will have a high stability and stay in the state,but once the two have a low degree of fit,the employee will have a strong tendency to leave.Fourth,there are gender differences in the influencing factors of occupational mobility:men's demand for "self-realization" is greater than that for "emotional belonging";Women's need for "emotional belonging" is greater than their need for "self-realization".This study is divided into six chapters,each of which is as follows.The first chapter introduces the origin and significance of the topic,the problems to be solved and the definition of core concepts,and systematically sorts out the research results at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces and explains the research design and research methods.The third chapter and fourth chapter,situation analysis and class analysis,respectively,from the Angle of multiple respondents career,flow experience and process analysis of influence factors in the process of respondents occupational mobility and dynamic process of departure.In the fifth chapter,the conclusion of the research is summarized and discussed,and the corresponding Suggestions are put forward.
