According to the survey?2017 Leave with salary increase research report?shows that the overall corporate workers' demission rate was 20.1 percent in 2016,that's 2.4 percentage points higher than in 2015.Technology industry own the highest demission rate,reaching 25.1percent.And first-tier cities of the country's demission rate is 22.4percent,the other cities Demission rate is 18.5 percent,the gap was 3.9 percent which19 percent higher than gap in 2015,it means that the worker demission rate and the incidence of occupational mobility is higher and higher.The article is based on China Labor-force Dynamics Survey and the existing research,then building occupational mobility indicator,and decomposed into occupational mobility frequency,occupational mobility direction,occupational conversion time to effect on the laborer's wages,and using the robust OLS model respectively to the laborer of different education level,gender,age,occupational mobility impact on wages were analyzed.The research found: Laborer flow within one time each year career,occupational mobility frequency increased by 0.1 times can make wages increased by 1.62 percent.These junior high school degree and the following worker occupational mobility should not be more than twice a year,college and above degree workers should not be more than one times each year career;Women workers should not be to occupational mobility in 2.63 years,male workers occupational mobility should not be more than one time every year;Young workers should be considered more than middle-aged workers occupational mobility.Occupational mobility between posts as much as possible into the management or technical post,always flows between jobs in the management or technology make laborer salary increase of 41.5 percent.Mobility between industry can make wages increased by 17.9 percent,into the wholesale and retail trade to make wages largest decline by 40.3 percent;Junior high school and under degree laborer should as far as possible choose industry flow,college degree or above of laborer can flow between correctly,but avoid cross-industry into wholesale and retail.Laborer occupational conversion time within a year can make occupational mobility after the wages increased by 15.6 percent.Junior high school degree and under laborer occupational conversion time within a year or more than one year are well,but the best control within a year,and for college and above degree laborer to avoid occupational conversion time more than one year.Since junior high school and under degree laborer occupational conversion time within one year and more than a year can make wages respectively increased by 15.6percent,11.2percent;College and above degree laborer occupational conversion time more than a year to make wages decreased by 7.18 percent.According to the above conclusions,we should raise the employment information system about post information accurate,detailed,timely and updated daily.Propaganda in different industries,post the required skills and methods to develop relevant skills,reduce the blind mobility between the probability of the industry mobility;Government for reemployment training,with the cooperation of enterprises by create positions training,shorten the laborer occupational conversion time.The passage analyzes the occupation mobility with different situations in the impact on the wages,it can be more accurate estimate occupation mobility of income effect,enriching the existing literature.Because of data limitations,the problem of active and passive mobility is not effectively differentiated,so the use of OLS estimation parameters may result in a bias.
