Research On The Influencing Factors And Policies Of New Professional Farmers' Science And Technology Entrepreneurship Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In the context of the current rural revitalization strategy,how to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of new professional farmers is an urgent need to solve problems in theory and practice.Investigate the science and technology entrepreneurship of new professional farmers in Jiangxi Province,conduct a practical analysis of the situation of new-type occupational farmers' technology and entrepreneurship,and empirically analyze the influencing factors of the new-type occupational farmers' science and technology entrepreneurship based on the survey data,and analyze the relevant policies of the new professional farmers' technology entrepreneurship.Documents and typical cases of entrepreneurship,draw conclusions and propose research proposals,improve the enthusiasm of new professional farmers for science and technology,attract more people to start businesses,accelerate farmers' prosperity and improve the level of rural economy,and effectively promote the smooth implementation of rural strategies.Through the research data,the logistic model is established to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the new professional farmers' scientific and technological entrepreneurship motivation.It is found that the new professional farmers' technology entrepreneurship power is affected by many factors,namely the scale of venture capital,the bank's support for science and technology entrepreneurship,the current environmental situation,Awareness of policies related to rural entrepreneurship,satisfaction with the current legal environment,realization of their own values,organizational capabilities,understanding of the state's support for rural science and technology entrepreneurship policies,return on entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship can improve social status,social relations,and their own knowledge and Factors such as skills,business methods,self-owned funds,and successful business visits.Through the analysis of the Central No.1 document from 2012 to 2019 and the analysis of its characteristics,it is found that the new professional farmers need insufficient support policies in the early stage of science and technology entrepreneurship,the new professional farmers' technology and entrepreneurship system is not perfect,and the scientific and technological entrepreneurial achievements are insufficiently matched with the market.The incentive mechanism for farmers' science and technology entrepreneurship is not perfect.The Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government responded to the2012-2019 Document No.1 document on the content of the new occupational farmers' technology and entrepreneurship policy documents,and evaluated the new professional farmers' technology and entrepreneurship policies from the perspective of the respondents.It is found that the ecological environment problem has not received corresponding attention.The types of science and technology entrepreneurship industries that the new professional farmers have carried out are relatively few,and the issue of guaranteeing the rights and interests of new professional farmers is not perfect.It is necessary to improve the construction of new-type occupational farmers' science and technology entrepreneurship policies from a macroscopic perspective,and to promote the arrangement of new types of professional farmers' technology and entrepreneurship measures from a micro perspective.The confirmatory analysis of the previous research conclusions of the typical case development models of four technology entrepreneurs shows that the results of the case analysis are in line with the findings of the previous research and the conclusions obtained after the empirical analysis,which has the promotion value.According to the research conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: First,use various methods to stimulate the motivation of new professional farmers' scientific and technological entrepreneurship: improve the entrepreneurial environment conducive to the new-type occupational farmers' technology and entrepreneurship,improve the propaganda of national and local science and technology entrepreneurship policies,and improve the social.The recognition of new-type occupational peasants' technology and entrepreneurship;the second is to establish and improve the new-type occupational peasants' technology and entrepreneurship policy system: increase the necessary land support measures for new-type occupational peasants' technology and entrepreneurship,improve
