Abusive supervisions,as a typical negative leadership style, exists at all levels of today's society. For organizations and individuals, the negative impact of negative leadership is more prominent than that of positive leadership. In the current research, scholars mainly focus on the single mediator or or outcome variables, such as team performance, workplace behavior deviation, job satisfaction, etc.,while lack of multi-level research on emotional changes caused by abusive supervisions, resulting in changes in biased behavior and attitudes,is also ignored. There may be interaction between mediating variables. The research object of this paper is 300 employees of three electronic manufacturing enterprises, which are divided into two questionnaires, one month apart.Finally,282 valid questionnaires were collected. In this paper,we use SPSS22.0 statistical software and Bootstrapping method to analyze the data and test the hypothesis. The results are as follows:(1)Abuse supervisions has a significant positive impact on turnover intention.(2)Abuse supervisions has a significant positive impact on emotional exhaustion.(3)Emotional exhaustion has a significant positive impact on organizational deviant behavior.(4)Emotional exhaustion plays a mediating role in abusive supervisions and organizational deviance.(5)Organizational bias has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.(6)Emotional exhaustion and organizational bias play a chain mediating role between abusive supervisions and turnover intention. Finally,it points out the innovative points of this paper, the inspiration to supervisions practice and the limitations and prospects of this paper.
