The Research On Regional Differences In Comprehensive Level Of Green Development And Collaborative Development

Based on the concept of green development and collaborative development,this paper defines relevant concepts such as green development and regional coordinated development on the basis of previous literature review,clarifying the relationship between green development,coordinated development and sustainable development,and determining the green development level of the measurement area.Index structure;using entropy method and Topsis model to measure the green development level of 30 provinces and cities nationwide from 2003 to 2017,and analyzing its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics;introducing the coefficient of variation to measure the regional imbalance of green development level,and analyzing the reasons;On the basis of evaluating the synergistic effects of the existing collaborative demonstration areas,the concept of green development and synergistic development is integrated,and policy recommendations for narrowing regional differences are proposed to promote the overall green development level of the country.conclusion as below:1.The overall green development of the country is on the rise,from 0.2927 in2003 to 0.3250 in 2017,and the sub-indicator has the highest level of urban life improvement,the largest increase,the lowest level of economic growth,and the largest fluctuation.The level of resources and environmental carrying capacity;from a regional perspective,the eastern region has the highest level of green development,and the contribution to the national green development level is large.The green development level in the central region is slightly higher than that in the western region,which lowers the overall level of green development,but The green development in the western region has increased by a large margin,and the difference with the eastern region has gradually narrowed.From the regional perspective,the green development level of Shanghai,Beijing,and Guangdong Province has been ranked in the top three for 15 years,while Gansu,Guizhou,Henan,etc.The land is constrained by economic background,natural factors,human factors,etc.,and the level of green development is backward.2.There is a spatial imbalance in the level of green development in the country,which is roughly characterized by a gradual decrease in the southeast coast to the northwest inland.Generally speaking,between 2003 and 2017,the degree of imbalance in the national green development level is relatively high,but it has been decreasing year by year since 2009,and the coefficient of difference has droppedfrom 0.4224 in 2003 to 0.3008 in 2017;from a regional perspective,The difference between the eastern provinces is the largest,while the difference between the central and western provinces is small.The difference between the eastern and western regions is mainly due to the large difference in the spatial level of economic growth and greening,while the difference in the central region is mainly due to the large difference in the level of resources and environmental carrying capacity..The imbalance of green development level is classified into historical factors,natural factors,economic foundation,population,technology and other reasons that lead to the expansion of differences,and policy interventions and educational factors to promote the convergence of differences.3.Coordinated development is conducive to alleviating the imbalance of green development among regions,and then the calculation of the synergistic index of the three representative collaborative demonstration zones is concluded: the synergistic development of the developed regions represented by the Yangtze River Delta Synergy Zone The development quality is the best,the development difference is the smallest and the development level is the highest,and the synergy index is the highest;the synergy between the developed regions and the developing regions represented by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is due to the large gap between Hebei Province and Beijing and Tianjin,leading to synergy.The degree of disparity is the lowest and the difference is the most;the overall level of green development between the developing regions represented by Hu,Bao,E,Yu is not high,and the differences between regions are also small.By comparing the successful experience of the collaborative demonstration area with the development problems,it is found that improving the overall green development level of China and narrowing the regional imbalance requires the guidance of the synergy concept.
