Research On Traceability System Of Quality And Safety Of Zhuhui Grape In Hengyang City Based On RFID

Fresh and delicious fruits provide nutrition for consumers,but also bring many safety problems to consumers.In order to effectively solve the safety problem of fruits from farmland to dining table and let consumers eat safe and high-quality fruits,the key lies in the quality supervision of fruits,so the establishment of fruit traceability system is imperative.Taking Hengyang Zhuhui Grape as an example,this paper studied the quality and safety traceability system of Hengyang Zhuhui Grape based on RFID technology,two-dimensional code and network communication technology.The research work is as follows:(1)By analyzing the harmful factors affecting grape production safety,the key indicators of grape traceability,namely heavy metals,residual pesticides,fertilizers,pathogenic microorganisms and irrigation water quality,are determined,which is conducive to monitoring and testing from the source to ensure the quality and safety of grapes.(2)According to the circulation process and functional requirements of Zhuhui Grape in Hengyang City,nine functions of the traceability system of grape quality and safety were determined,including basic information of base,base management,warehousing management,transportation management,sales management,testing management,database,information query and system maintenance.(3)By analyzing the traceability mode and production data association mode of grape traceability system,a set of scientific and practical traceability scheme was designed with RFID as the carrier.At the same time,combined with the functional requirements of grape production management traceability system,the architecture,database and operation environment of traceability system were studied and designed in all aspects.The application and Realization of this system can not only help to improve the responsibility of operators,enhance the confidence of consumers in food consumption,but also help to improve the core competitiveness of Hengyang Zhuhui grape in the market,establish product brand awareness,and improve the economic benefits of production enterprises.
