Fruit and vegetable agricultural products belong to the necessities of people's daily life with the characteristics of strong demand,short shelf life and perishable quality.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of people's consumption level,people's demand for healthy,nutritious and safe fruits and vegetables has become increasingly high.At the same time,they turned to be too picky on the freshness of the fruits and vegetables,which makes it harder for the administrator to operate the fruit with seasonal,perishability and short shelf life.In this circumstance,how to largely satisfy the consumers' demand,to avoid damage,dead stock and out of stock,to improve the benefits of the supermarkets has become the most serious problem to be solved.As the last link of the fruit and vegetable supply chain,the operating profit of fresh supermarkets is largely determined by the inventory control level,and the scientific and effective inventory control strategy is an effective way to improve the inventory management level of fresh supermarkets.Fresh fruits are perishable products and the research on the inventory management of perishable products in the existing literature is very extensive.However,few studies on the fruit with freshness combined with demand and the sale characteristics of the supermarkets take into consideration.First of all,this paper takes the fruit inventory management problem of S fresh supermarket as the research object,and then by sorting out the sales data and ordering data of fruit,the current situation of S fresh supermarket in the procurement process,ordering strategy,inventory turnover and damage management is summarized.It is concluded that there are two main problems in the management of fruit inventory in S fresh supermarket:Ordering is mainly based on manual experience and lacks scientific ordering strategy;The lack of flexibility in sales prices has led to a large loss rate for certain fruits and the problem is that S fresh supermarket lacks the reasonable sales price strategy.Secondly,according to the factors affecting the inventory management level of fruit,this paper analyzes the changes of inventory level from the aspects of demand and deterioration,based on the Ghare and Schrader's classical perishable product inventory control theory.And then establish a more reasonable inventory control model for fruit in the supermarket with characteristics like short shelf-time,discontinuous demand and daily pricing and freshness taken in to consideration.Finally,the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the inventory control model and eventually get the optimal order cycle and sales price.Finally,taking the deterioration rate as the main distinction and taking the order and sales data of S fresh supermarket American cherries and jazz apples as an example,combined with current literature to correct the relevant parameters in the model,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal ordering period and the best sales price when the profit is maximum.And compared with the current actual ordering strategy and sales price strategy of S fresh supermarket,the possibility and improvement conditions of S fresh supermarket are concluded.Then sensitivity analysis of the main parameters in this model is given to prove the scientific nature of the model.What is more,this paper proposed some relevant suggestions,such as focusing on market analysis,dynamically adjusting prices,strengthening management information system construction.This paper has 15 figures,12 tables and 62 references.
