In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economic level,the people's income and living standards have been growing rapidly.At the same time,in order to compete for market share and fulfill the annual task objectives,insurance companies have strengthened the assessment of employees.It is a difficult problem for insurance managers how to complete the company's assessment target of quality and quantity under the increasingly competitive environment.The A company researched in this paper was founded in 1996.It is the first branch of professional insurance group in China.At present,there are more than 1500 employees(including insurance brokers),whose service outlets cover the city's main districts and counties,there are also a large number of service outlets in the township.Since its inception,the company has been committed to providing a full range of protection for our city residents,products cover all kinds of life insurance,such as serious illness insurance,accident insurance,medical insurance.We have good reputation in the locals.In recent years,the scale of premium has been growing steadily.The overall scale of premium is one of the largest life insurance companies in our city.However,facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market,Company A is also facing the problems of slowing down the expansion of premium scale,increasing staff turnover,market share reduction and other imminent problems.Combining with the actuality of insurance industry and the actuality of A insurance company,a questionnaire about the actuality of company's performance management is formulated.The general manager's office notifies the whole staff by email,requests all the staff to participate in the questionnaire and participate in the questionnaire anonymously,which ensures the authenticity and authority of the questionnaire.Sex.After finishing the questionnaire,sifting out the unqualified questionnaires and so on,the overall quality of the questionnaire was guaranteed.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that the company has many problems such as unclear performance appraisal target,unscientific performance index design,lack of performance feedback,single application of performance results and imperfect performance guarantee measures.According to the problems found,this paper proposes improvement measures and counseling,including the following:clear performance appraisal goals,optimize performance appraisal indicators,implement performance feedback links,broaden the application scenarios of performance appraisal results,and improve the performance appraisal guarantee system.At the same time,each item is equipped with a landing plan and guided tracking to solve the problems in the performance appraisal to the greatest extent.Predict the landing effect of A company's employee performance appraisal system,the employee's work enthusiasm will be higher,the employee's performance will be improved,and the employee's ability and quality will be improved.
