As the competition in the fruit and vegetable processing industry becomes increasingly fierce,fruit and vegetable processing enterprises should adjust their strategic direction in a timely manner to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.The main idea of this research is to carry out the analysis of the internal and external environment of the competitive strategy-the formulation and selection of alternative competitive strategies-the implementation and guarantee of differentiated competitive strategies.This study can provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of the YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company's competitive strategy,which will help the company to define its future strategic vision and strategic goals.This paper uses literature research and case analysis to study that the macro environment and industry environment are generally beneficial to the development of YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company.After SWOT analysis,YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company can adopt growth strategy and actively participate in fruits and vegetables.Based on this,combined with the theory of competitive strategy,this paper gives three alternative strategies for low-cost strategy,differentiated strategy and focused strategy.After QSPM matrix analysis,YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company has low competitive strategy options.The cost strategy score is 7.67414 points,the differentiation strategy score is 8.35808 points,and the focus strategy score is 6.73832 points.Therefore,the differentiation strategy becomes the preferred strategy among the three alternative competition strategies of YTF Fruit and Vegetable Processing Food Company.In the implementation of differentiated competition strategy,the article points out that the implementation of differentiated competition strategy of YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company should focus on the differentiation of fruit and vegetable processing and the differentiation of marketing.In the differentiation of fruit and vegetable processing,YTF Fruit and Vegetable Processing Food Company should focus on the fourth and fifth levels mentioned in the “Product Level Theory” and gradually increase the added value and potential value of fruit and vegetable processing products.In the differentiation of YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company marketing,we should focus on channels and services.Channel construction should focus on the second and third tier cities,and expand the second and third tier cities to compete with other similar enterprises.In 2025,it will be realized throughout the country.The second and third tier cities have the goal of direct sales of YTF fruit and vegetable processing food company,achieving a turnover of 60 millionyuan,which is among the top three brands in the industry.The sales service process not only requires customers to feel a good buying experience,but also allows customers to have higher post-purchase satisfaction.Finally,the article points out that the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy of YTF Fruit and Vegetable Processing Food Company should assist in the adjustment and adjustment of organizational structure,financial security,cost control and the introduction and cultivation of talents.
