Enterprise culture is an important factor that can not be ignored in enterprise management.It exists objectively in any modern enterprise and determines the sustainable and healthy development of every enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent for modern enterprises to attach more and more importance to enterprise culture so that it can really take root in the enterprise and build a strong and strong cultural force.It is required to start with the problems existing in the enterprise itself,take its own shortcomings as the research direction,and gradually form a systematic and step-by-step improvement solution.The starting point of this study is to study how to better let the enterprise culture land successfully.This paper chooses D Petrochemical Group as the research object,studies the problems existing in the process of corporate culture landing of D Petrochemical Group,and formulates the corporate culture landing plan and safeguard measures in accordance with the actual situation of D Petrochemical Group in view of the poor effect of corporate culture landing.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly focuses on the background and importance of the research,the related theories at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas.The second part mainly defines the deep concepts of corporate culture and corporate culture landing,and introduces the theoretical basis of this study.The third part selects Shandong D Petrochemical Group as the course.The research object of this paper summarizes the current situation of corporate culture construction and landing of D Petrochemical Group;the fourth part evaluates and analyses the effect of corporate culture landing of D Petrochemical Group by using questionnaires and employee interviews.Through the research and analysis of the data,it is concluded that there are insufficient understanding of corporate culture among employees of D Petrochemical Group and the Ministry of Corporate Culture.The fifth part is about the current situation of Shandong D Petrochemical Group's corporate culture and its own problems,and scientifically and reasonably designs the corporate culture that conforms to the actual situation of Shandong D Petrochemical Group.The implementation plan and safeguard measures of corporate culture landing include:interpreting and publicizing the implementation plan of corporate culture concept,optimizing the management mechanism matching corporate culture,establishing and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism of corporate culture landing,and implementing the safeguard measures of corporate culture landing plan.The sixth part is the summary and outlook of the paper,which further summarizes the main points of this research,and looks forward to the future research of corporate culture.
