Corporate culture is a critical part of corporate management. It lies in every company, and plays a crucial role in the company’s continuing and healthy development, More and more companies have started to pay attention to the corporate culture. Corporate culture is a systematical work. The efficiency and quality of it depends on a systematical measure which is oriented by solving the existing problem. The measure should include the following, The goal and the starting point of this article is to know how to realize the corporate culture practice.The article is divided into six parts to introduction:The first part introduces the background, significance, methods and train of thought of this study.The second part discusses the background and origin of the cooperate culture theory, analyzing the cause of the culture, factors of the construction, obstruction in the practice, supporting measures of the implementation, etc to find the critical components in the practice.The third part chooses Vicome Group as the object of study, to analyze the corporate culture construction of Vicome Group by applying the corporate culture theory. It summarizes the problem that management is lagged behind the culture philosophy after the development strategy and corporate culture were readjusted in Vicome Group by collecting the data with questionnaire survey and interviewing. The fourth and fifth part are about corporate culture construction scheme and the practice, which are the key of the article. The scheme is made according to the status quo of Vicome Group:①The key for the content practice is formulating the core value of corporate culture by excavating the core value, building featured culture, and strengthening the corporate culture recognition of Vicome Group.②The measure of study and training lies on the work of study philosophy, study system, study carrier, staff thought integration, staff quality, staff performance and innovation so that the intellectual support is provided.③Strengthen the supporting measure of corporate culture construction. In order to do that, the driving function of organizational leadership should be strengthened; the function of management, organization, coordination of the corporate culture faculty should be played; The supporting system should be completed to fully play its supporting role.④The key to construct assessment system is to really cover the whole process, and test its science, systematicness and integrity along the process, so that the practice and effect of the construction can be timely and truly tested.The Sixth part is conclusion. It summarize the key factors of practice in corporate culture construction, and briefly states the measures and tests made in Vicome Group. It states the opinion of this study that corporate culture development is a long and continuing process.
