At present, an idea of taking corporate culture as core competitiveness has been widely recognized by theoretical and business circles. Excellent corporate culture cannot only vitalize the enterprise but is also conducive to team spirit building and enterprise cohesion establishment. Help to guide organization development, provide inexhaustible spirit and value motivity and strongly support enterprise’s innovation and development. Combination of corporate culture landing and core competitiveness construction is an active exploration and attempt to promote enterprise core competitiveness. To guide and advance corporate culture landing, enhance core competitiveness of enterprise has become a common development goal among top-ranking enterprises.This paper makes theoretical analysis to corporate culture and core competitiveness separately, summarizes a mechanism that corporate culture affected on core competitiveness. Then based on referring advanced management theories and tools, worked out and issued questionnaires, analyzes current situation of corporate culture system of LSPE, finds out problems that exists, and clarifies causes that makes landing so hard. Next, expands research of interaction between corporate culture landing and core competitiveness, represents effects that corporate culture landing has been made in the process of improving enterprise’s innovation ability, figure out an elementary path for LSPE’s enterprise culture construction landing. At the end, through analysis of specific cases, provides feasible prioritization scheme for LSPE’s innovative corporate culture system, makes preliminary exploration of related guarantee mechanism, promotes corporate culture landing and rooting, provides useful reference in both establishing modern enterprise system and enhancing core competitiveness. |
