Process of electronic production with high utilization (about ratio of output and input for feedback massage, capital, material, information quality, quantity, time) is to rely on supporting in time, innovation, grasping effective data, and variation of behavior or particularity to continuously improve, creat valuable managerial strategy to develop an excellent electronic plant with achievement, such as printer with printing, scanning, copying, fax all in one with four functions or three functions to substitute existing scanner or fax.Progressively computer is connected or integrated with peripheral installation, television panel and handy phone. volume and weight are more ethereal and pricing becomes more cheaper and universal, but transform of technology and environment should cater to novel and varied requirement, Electronic plants are not same as conventional industries as pipe and metal industries that seldom change even 10 years or one day.Key Performance Index as unit profit center and unit cost center in rational shared with responsibility and award–punishment to be self-governing, Lean production as management of Toyota, process flow chart, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), DOE(Design Of Experiment), and SPC (Statistics Of Process Control) to realize high performance for management of plant ,Also to achieve the key competition(high value added and profit) as optical lens molding improvement in process ,one part of printer is the evidence-based. practice.
