The Research On Cultivation Of Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization In Guangxi

Entered the new era,the rural revitalization has become the master grip to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for Guangxi.Practice and research at home and abroad show that farmers are the fundamental and important subject of rural revitalization,and they can better promote rural revitalization if they play an active and effective role.And the role of farmers depends on the farmers’ cooperative economic organization as an appropriate carrier.Therefore,Guangxi should continue to actively cultivate farmer cooperative economic organizations under the circumstance that the peasant household’s participation rate is only 21.73%.However,the cultivation of farmer cooperative economic organization in Guangxi urgently needs to solve the problems of fanners’ demand,cultivation power,cultivate motivation and path.Therefore,this paper takes the farmer cooperative economic organization’s cultivation as the subject,after defining the relevant concepts,basing on the theories of cooperative organization,institutional change and multi-center governance,using the methods of systematic comprehensive analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,to study the cultivation of farmer cooperative economic organization of Guangxi.First of all,through the investigation,understanding the background,necessity and current situation of the cultivation of farmers’cooperative economic organizations in Guangxi,and analyzing its development process,characteristics,problems and their causes.Secondly,by using farmer household data to analyze the factors influencing the cultivation of farmers’ cooperative economic organizations and the cultivation needs of farmers,and empirically analyzes the factors influencing the willingness of farmers to participate in the cultivation of cooperative economic organizations.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the experience and inspiration at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the principles and objectives,elements and mechanism,cultivation path and promotion measures of Guangxi farmers cooperative economic organization cultivation.Through the research,this paper believes that the cultivation of fanners’cooperative economic organization is an important breakthrough for Guangxi’s rural revitalization,and its effective cultivation can promote rural revitalization.The cultivation of farmer cooperative economic organization in Guangxi has gone through two stages:the prehistoric cultivation stage and the accelerated cultivation stage.Although the cultivation of farmer cooperative economic organization of Guangxi has achieved some results,there are still some problems such as lack of confidence,lack of talents,weak foundation,lack of systems and the path is not clear.The cultivation type of farmer cooperative economic organization can be determined according to the influence degree and action mechanism of 13 factors,such as the demand degree of farmers to increase income and reduce cost,the ability of leaders and the implementation of village rules and regulations.On the cultivation path,Guangxi should take the endogenous cooperation needs and resources of villages as the growth basis,and follow the endogenous cultivation path of endogenous demand induction,internal force leading,multi-subject participation and diversified combination,which can be divided into four stages:initial cultivation,key cultivation,consolidation cultivation and joint cultivation.According to this path,the direction of cultivating farmers cooperative economic organization in Guangxi is to cultivate comprehensive farmers cooperative economic organization.In order to promote the realization of cultivated path,we should make full use of cooperation demand,actively cultivate social capital and effectively optimize cultivated environment.
