In China's current economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises are an important and active force,the most active force to prosper the market,occupying half of the national economy.Compared with large state-owned enterprises and large multinational enterprises,SMEs are small in scale,weak in strength and in a disadvantaged position.From the initial stage of entrepreneurship,to the growth stage,to the mature stage,each stage needs to face the future to think about development issues,otherwise,it is difficult to survive and achieve development in the cruel competition.Therefore,for small and medium-sized enterprises,how to formulate and choose the development strategy suitable for their own characteristics,and can implement it is particularly important.This paper takes Z Company as the research object,starts with the analysis of its current management situation,introduces the current strategy of Z Company,analyses the problems existing in the current strategy,and then diagnoses the strategic environment of Z Company by analyzing the external environment and internal conditions of the company's current development,and then makes a diagnosis of the current situation of the environment and the time when Z Company's current strategy is formulated.By comparing the environmental conditions,the paper puts forward the strategy adjustment countermeasures of Z Company.Finally,on this basis,it discusses how to implement the strategy after the adjustment,and puts forward the safeguard measures for its implementation.After ten years'development,the environment on which Z Company's current strategy is formulated has undergone tremendous changes.Z Company must adjust its strategy in time to cope with the changes in the environment,and ensure the implementation of the strategy through organizational change,system improvement and human resources management improvement in the process of implementing the new strategy.I hope this study can provide some reference for SMEs in the period of change.
