Study On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Lin You County

Industrial poverty alleviation is one of the major poverty alleviation models in China's fight against poverty.It is an important way to promote the economic development of poor areas and improve the economic income level of poor farmers,guided by the market and taking industrial development as the leverage.After 40 years of practice,with the promotion of poverty alleviation and development work,there have been remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.However,there are still many problems,such as single industry,unsound benefit connection mechanism,economic development and ecological protection.At the same time,there are some problems such as unclear objects of poverty alleviation,narrow thinking of poverty alleviation,lack of innovation and strong pertinence,ignoring the needs of farmers and ignoring ideological poverty alleviation.This paper takes Linyou County as an example to analyze the practice of industrial poverty alleviation and explore the actual effect of industrial poverty alleviation.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical concept of industrial poverty alleviation,then introduces the actual situation of Linyou County and the existing industrial poverty alleviation,then it introduces the actual situation and industrial development of Linyou County.Then it analyses the problems encountered in the process of industrial poverty alleviation,finds out the solutions to the problems,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the industrial poverty alleviation.Through on-the-spot investigation,it can be found that industrial poverty alleviation has greatly improved the situation in poverty-stricken areas,improved people's living standards in poverty-stricken areas,increased economic income,enriched industrial structure types,and improved the local environment,and achieved the goal of protecting the ecological environment.However,there are also problems in the process of promoting poverty alleviation,such as the participation of poor people is not much,and it is not believed that industrial poverty alleviation can really help them and industries lag behind in the later stage of development.To solve this problem,a series of countermeasures are put forward: strengthening the construction of human capital of poor households,enhancing the endogenous motive force of poverty alleviation;supporting the development of leading enterprises,enhancing the ability of industry driving;supporting the development of leading enterprises and improving the mechanism of interest linking.
