After 40 years of reform and opening up and the implementation of the household contract responsibility system,China's rural economy has been greatly developed,and the relationship between man and land and economic structure has undergone tremendous changes.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the "three powers separation" in China's contracted land,the rapid development of large-scale operation,the lack of support for rural finance has gradually exposed,and the development of agriculture and rural land are inseparable from the financing of funds.How to solve this problem To improve the rural financial system and help the contracted land to be divided into three parts is the content to be studied in this paper.This paper expounds the domestic and foreign literatures on property rights and rural finance,and introduces related theories such as property rights theory,scale management theory,financial model theory and national policies in the context of the whole.Under the guidance of these theories,we will sort out the rural financial system and agricultural land financing methods of the three countries of the United States,Japan,and Germany,introduce several typical models and explorations of the transfer of several contracted land management rights in China,sum up experience and lessons,and think about it..From the four aspects of organizational system,product service,compensation system and financial ecological environment,it puts forward some suggestions for the "three-power split" policy of rural financial support contracting,and provides a new development path for the future development of rural financial system.
